Mohsin Wali is an Indian cardiologist and a former honorary physician to R. Venkataraman and Shankar Dayal Sharma and the serving physician to Pranab Mukherjee.His first assignment as a physician to the President of India was with R. Venkataraman, at the age of 33, making him the youngest physician to serve an Indian President.He is the only physician to have served three Presidents of India. The Government of India awarded him the fourth highest civilian honour of the Padma Shri, in 2007, for his contributions to Indian medicine.

Dr. Wali has served as full time Physician to two Presidents of India Mr. R. Venkataraman
and Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, besides he has been chosen to serve the families of President
Zakir Husain and Shri Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed and later Dr Shankar Dayal Sharma till date.
Dr Wali is the only formally trained Geriatric Physician from the University of Michigan (USA).
Dr. Wali is an Honorary consultant to armed forces of India and this is his third tenure as the
Physician to the President of India.
Dr. Wali has contributed a sizeable number of book citations, chapters in text books of Cardiology and Association of Physician’s of India and in many indexed journals of National and International repute.
